Yanks react quickly to news of SinoAus alliance<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Absolute chaos reigning as revelations of the Labor party’s hidden agendas came to light due to a secret recording made in Caucus.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Who betrayed the Labor party? Most consider someone in Shorten’s faction<\/a> to be responsible<\/span><\/p>\n

The intent to form a military alliance with China is probably the most controversial issue, as Rudd’s “detainment” in the USA and the movement of US marines from Darwin to Pine Gap would suggest.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Right Wing press were not happy about these developments<\/span><\/p>\n

Whatever your views on Labor’s proposed SinoAus alliance, the USA’s reaction does seem heavy-handed given an election has yet to be called. Their respect for sovereignty and democracy seems very transactional.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a controversial policy decision that will cause reverberations around the world. Not least in Australia and in a Labor party strongly influenced by Catholicism.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

My own views on religion and its exemption from worldly matters (when it suits its coffers) is on record and anyway, one would think Jesus had the deciding say on this? <\/span><\/p>\n

His, “Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s” – seems a clear-cut directive. \u00b9 <\/span><\/p>\n

Who in their right mind (capable of empathy and reason) would argue against this?<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the ABC – “Nearly two-thirds of Australians say they would support the introduction of a universal basic income (UBI)<\/a><\/span>, according to a new poll.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Couldn’t understand why Labor didn’t go with this in the first place. Reducing poverty and improving social outcomes for us plebeians being a bedrock Labor value, but of course it was all part of their Machiavellian electoral plan.

Seems all those Labor people, stating, “Trust the strategy” and “Labor are avoiding a wedge” were right. <\/span><\/p>\n

Many of my comrades will be joining me to eat the humble pie served up by Labor adherents (that I’m ashamed to confess we called “broekens” and “drips”) who were obviously in the know.

Embarrassed to admit, I too have indulged in this puerile baiting of Labor supporters, who are clearly (the evidence is in) far more politically astute than their Lefty critics. This was in response to Anthony’s budget reply today. <\/span><\/p>\n

Not even an inkling that this was coming. Labor have held their cards very close to their chest. My source tells me, a Portuguese-style decriminalisation<\/a><\/span> of all drugs will be rolled out once Labor hold power.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Drug treatment in Portugal is based on a <\/span>holistic understanding and assessment of a person\u2019s <\/span>socioeconomic situation.”<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Bedrock Labor values in play once again. <\/span><\/p>\n

Unsurprisingly, Chris Kenny and other Right Wing Xians had difficulty in finding the positive with these policies. <\/span><\/p>\n

Marijuana cafes and shops will certainly help put a bit of life back into our sterile Central Business Districts. Less “criminals” to profit from weed, means less prisoners, court-time and social costs.

A government owned recreational marijuana market will be highly profitable<\/span><\/a><\/span>, although dwarfed by the massive potential economic benefits from industrial hemp<\/a><\/span>. It seems Anthony is very keen on using hemp for paper<\/a><\/span> and clothing<\/a><\/span> because of his concerns about logging and cotton’s intensive use of water.
\n<\/span>It’s hard to find a down-side. Labor have done their homework on this one.

Nationalisation of the “f***ing lot!”<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Imagine the people owning important infrastructure and services again? Breaking up the cyclical classism of Private schools? Driving down a road without paying a corporation? Knowing their elders will be cared for in Aged Care? <\/span><\/p>\n

Anthony has embraced the no-nonsense sanity of a Bob Ellis<\/span><\/a><\/span> and decided enough is enough! <\/span><\/p>\n

“Why privatise anything? What service improvements do we get from the lotteries, tramways, nursing homes and prisons privatised against the people\u2019s wishes? The money that goes to the shareholders comes out of safety and frequency of service (your call is important to us) and ordinary people die of the difference.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is possible that privatisation kills people; but, hey, the upside is Alan Joyce gets $1,600 an hour, $13,000 a day, $90,000 a week, $4.7 million a year \u00b2<\/a> for saying things are going swimmingly while engines catch on fire.”<\/span> – <\/em><\/span>Bob Ellis, Why privatise anything?<\/span><\/a> (2010)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Have to say I’m loving Anthony’s reveal as a true Labor leader.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Some clarification as more facts arrive from our source<\/strong> <\/span><\/h1>\n

A very angry Biden was on the phone earlier to Anthony, apparently threatening all kinds of hell. When he went as far as to threaten military intervention, Anthony calmly replied, “I don’t think China would permit that”, and cut the call.<\/span><\/p>\n

Later, a much chastened Biden spoke to Anthony and apologised for his outburst. Rudd is on his way home now and the US marines are returning to Darwin, as Anthony has given the Americans assurances about security at Pine Gap, pending talks about its safe removal.

The American’s have also promised not to interfere in the election. They understand that any chance they have of working with an emerging SinoAusAsia trade bloc depend on it.<\/span><\/p>\n

I’ve just seen a rough draft of the advantages of the SinoAus alliance and have to say it’s impressive. <\/span><\/p>\n

A special trading status. Massive infrastructure projects overseen by people who can build 1000 bed hospitals in 3 days. <\/span><\/span>
