And for every woman whom the \u2018Honourable\u2019 swinging dicks have humiliated and abused inside and outside of Parliament<\/p>&mdash; Victor Kline (@victorklineTNL) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/victorklineTNL\/status\/1409628357046673409?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 28, 2021<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/div><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The two lawyers unveiled their plans on Twitter on Sunday, defending claims from some that they are only doing it to bolster publicity for their party.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mr Kline, 69, from Crows Nest, said publicity was not their \u201cprimary drive\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cIf some people see what we are doing as courageous and honourable, is that a bad thing?\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cIf others won\u2019t vote for us because they think we are political opportunists then that\u2019s their business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cWhatever the outcome for our party, we will do it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">However, Rebekah Giles, the lawyer representing Mr Porter slammed the move as a stunt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cThere is now broad acceptance, even from the ABC, that the credibility of the allegations is such that they are incapable of proof to any applicable legal standard criminal or civil, so this is a stunt which does not warrant further comment.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"ose-twitter ose-uid-1350cab81cfba792531ae1c53f824500 ose-embedpress-responsive\" style=\"width:600px; height:550px; max-height:550px; max-width:100%; display:inline-block;\" data-embed-type=\"Twitter\"><blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"600\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Christian Porter says the ABC regrets the article.<br><br>That is not true.<br><br>The ABC said, \u201cBoth parties accept that some readers misinterpreted the article as an accusation of guilt against Mr Porter.
